01

Getting started

Build the foundation once, then let it carry through the rest of your workspace.

How do I set up a new workspace?

Create your company, add its contact details and timezone, then open Settings to upload your logo, choose brand colors, select banners, and connect the accounts you use.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Invite teammates from Settings, assign the appropriate role, and keep client and project access inside the correct company workspace. Plan limits determine how many team members and workspaces you can add.

Where should I begin after onboarding?

Add or import a client, connect your calendar and payment processor, then create a project or send your first proposal. Home and the Attention Center surface the work that needs you next.

Can I use more than one company?

Yes, if your plan supports it. Each company keeps its own branding, clients, projects, integrations, billing settings, and reporting context.

02

Leads & forms

Turn a public inquiry into a clear next action without retyping customer information.

How do public forms work?

Design a form, publish it to its shareable KRBR URL, embed it on your website, or email the link. Published-form limits depend on your subscription plan.

Can a form create a lead automatically?

Yes. Lead-generation templates can turn a submission into a lead so you can qualify it, follow up, and convert it without copying fields by hand.

Can I customize form questions and branding?

Yes. Add, remove, and reorder questions, then apply your workspace logo, banner, and brand color before publishing.

What happens when a lead becomes a client?

Convert the lead when the opportunity is ready. KRBR carries the relationship forward so proposals, projects, scheduling, and invoices can stay tied to the same client.

03

Proposals & contracts

Move from scope to acceptance with the client, project, and document connected.

How do I create a proposal or contract?

Start from the relevant section, choose a template or blank document, select the client and project, then tailor the content before previewing and sending it.

Can clients sign online?

Yes. Sent contracts open in the client experience for review and electronic signature. KRBR records the document status so you can see what is waiting.

Can I reuse my own templates?

Yes. Workspace templates let you standardize language and merge business, client, project, and pricing details into new documents.

Are the free contract templates legal advice?

No. The public templates are practical starting points only. Contract requirements vary by location and type of work, so have a qualified attorney review the language you use.

04

Invoices & payments

Create a clear bill, offer the right way to pay, and know what needs follow-up.

How do I send an invoice?

Create an invoice, select its client and project, add line items and payment terms, preview the customer email, then send it from KRBR.

Where do customer payments go?

Payments are processed by the Stripe, PayPal, or Square account you connect. KRBR does not hold your funds or take a percentage of what you earn.

Can KRBR remind a client about an overdue invoice?

Yes. You can send a branded payment reminder from the invoice or use the contextual actions surfaced by the Attention Center. Confirm the recipient and message before sending.

Is there a free invoice tool?

Yes. The public invoice generator works without an account, keeps the entered data in your browser, and lets you print or save the finished invoice as a PDF.

05

Projects, tasks & time

Keep delivery work aligned with the relationship, budget, and due date.

How are clients and projects connected?

A project belongs to one client. Selecting a client filters the project list; selecting a project automatically sets its client so records stay consistent.

Can I customize project and task stages?

Yes. Rename and reorder stages, choose stage colors, and create the status labels your team actually uses.

Where do project tasks appear?

Tasks tied to a project appear in that project’s Tasks board as well as the broader task views, so the same task can be managed in context without duplication.

Can I track time and expenses?

Yes. Log time and expenses against the appropriate project, then compare spend and progress with the project budget and delivery status.

06

Scheduling & integrations

Protect availability while keeping meeting details synchronized.

How does scheduling work?

Create session types with duration, availability, buffers, notice rules, intake questions, and optional payment. Share the public scheduling link so clients can choose an available day and time.

Can I connect Google Calendar or Outlook?

Yes. Connect a calendar from Integrations. Imported meetings are tagged with their source, and external meeting URLs are carried into the event when the provider returns them.

How do I add Zoom to an event?

Connect Zoom first, then choose a video-call meeting type when creating or editing an event. KRBR can create or display the meeting URL and include it in the participant invitation.

Why does an integration say redirect URI mismatch?

The callback URL sent by KRBR must exactly match an authorized redirect URI in the provider console, including protocol, host, path, case, and trailing slash. Do not add flowName or another query string to the registered URI unless the app explicitly sends it as part of redirect_uri.

07

Account, billing & privacy

Manage the subscription and your data with deliberate safeguards.

How do upgrades work?

Choose a higher plan from Settings → Subscription. When supported by the billing provider, the change is prorated so you pay only the applicable difference for the current period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Open Settings → Subscription to review the effect and cancel. The confirmation explains access and billing timing before any change is made.

How do I delete my account?

Delete companies you own first, then use the account-deletion control in Settings. This sequence prevents a workspace and its business records from being orphaned.

How does KRBR handle my data?

Tenant records are scoped to their company workspace. Read the Privacy Policy for the categories of data processed, why they are used, retention considerations, and how to submit a data request.
